Meditation Integration
This is a one on one session that offers personalized, guided mindfulness and grounding practices designed to support nervous system regulation, presence, and self-awareness. This service is NOT psychotherapy or clinical counselling related and is strictly wellness based.
Session may include light breathwork, body based awareness, guided meditation, visualization, and periods of silence all adapted to your individual needs and capacity. This offering is ideal for clients seeking support with stress, emotional overwhelm, burnout, life transitions, or a desire to reconnect with themselves in a non-verbal, non clinical way.
These sessions are NOT psychotherapy or clinical counselling and are offered as a standalone wellness service, or complementary service for existing counselling clients.
What to expect: Grounding + breath based practices Somatic awareness and meditation Guided imagery or contemplative silence Brief reflection and integration (if you desire)
